Netgroup offers support 24x7 and you are always more than welcome to contact us if you need our help.

Please be aware that you will be charged for support that are not covered by your support agreement. The rates are DKK 900 per hour within normal business hours (Mon-Fri from 9am to 5pm CET) and DKK 1.800 outside business hours.
